The possibility of

Something else

Something beautiful

Something more

Doubles the weight

Of the chains that

keep

Me

In this dark existence

Stuck

 Hopeless

Broken

But then

Light

Colour

Sound

That sends

Bubbles and

Vibrations and

Dance

Swirling through

My body

And soul

An EXPLOSION

of life!

Ah!

How beautiful

Salvation is!

Colours of Love

Painting by Caitlin Schulze

Image

Alive!

The Fabric of Me

Woven together

Each strand in its place

Dreams not perchance

Hopes not misplaced

DNA formed to Your grand design

Each gifting on purpose

Each love refined

An open channel

A clear written book

A riverbed waiting for Love to flow through…

… the fabric of me

Born to love

and be loved

I am made for You

Abundantly

It’s beautiful like

the power to choose

the power to change

the power to lose

and still not fail

To lose your life (to really live)

To lose yourself (in Him)

To lose your heart

To lose it to save those

Far from

His face…

It’s beautiful,

this longing,

like a thirst that’s

quenched

like a drought that’s

watered

like a book that’s written

by the blind and deaf

and that just makes a

brilliant movie…

Living is better than

thinking about

living

Breathing is better than

a remembered

gasp of air

Moving is better than

wishing you

could

Just live

Just breathe

Just move

Abundantly

Beneath Clear Skies

Clear skies tonight
We can see straight
into Heaven
As you scatter
all Your treasures
to the ground

So what do we do?

We step out
Out our boxes
Out our own heads
Outside our own expectations

And we catch Your delights
in our hands
in our hair
in our mouths

Your glory gets in everywhere

And we dance

Jesus, we dance for You

Cos when heaven comes
to earth
what can one do
but dance?
